2021 Outdoor: Ranked 16
th in the nation in the discus. Earned Second Team All-Lone Star Conference honors after finishing 2nd in the discus with a throw of 169-4 (51.61m). Finished 4
th in his section of the discus at the Texas Relays with a seasonal best mark of 175-7 (53.52m). USTFCCCA All-Region honors (Discus).
2021 Indoor: Finished 14
th in the shot put at the Lone Star Conference Championships with a personal best mark of 45-5 (13.84m). Finished 8
th in the weight throw at the Adams State Grizzly Open with a personal best toss of 45-10 (13.97m).
Before WT: Graduated from Qatar University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Finished third in the discus at the 2019 Emirates Cup in Doha with a mark of 162-2 (49.43m). Also recorded first place finishes at the WPA League and Junior League. Won the discus at the 2018 Emirates Cup with a mark of 178-4.5 (54.37m).
Personal: Son of Iman and Abdelhalim Massoud. Has three siblings. Plans on majoring in sports and exercise science.
