2024 Outdoor: Competed at the Lone Star Track and Field Championships in the 1500m with times of 3:50.76 (2nd place + new personal best) and 4:02.15 (1st place). Placed 1st at the Corky/Crofoot Shootout in the 1500m with a time of 3:56.48. Received Second-Team All-Conference honors for the 2024 outdoor season.

2024 Indoor: Part of the National Runner-Up team at the NCAA Division Indoor Track and Field Championships in the Distance Medley Relay with a time of 9:42.62. Competed at the Lone Star Indoor Track and Field Championships in the mile with a time of 4:17.50 (5th place) and in the Distance Medley Relay with a time of 10:15.34 (1st place). Earned personal bests at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational in the mile with a time of 4:11.12 (4th place) and at the Crimson and Gold Invitational in the 3000m with a time of 8:27.35 (5th place). Received USTFCCCA First Team All-American honors

2022 Cross Country: Finished 12^th at the LSC Championship. Finished 60^th in the 10k at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championship with a personal best time of 30:52.8. Finished 30^th at the NCAA Division II South Central Region Cross Country Championship. Finished 190^th in the 8k at the Louisville Classic with a personal best time of 25:35.5.  

Lindenwood: Finished 73rd at NCAA DII National Championships ... All-Region runner with a 15th-place finish at the Midwest meet ... second straight top-10 performance at GLVCs ... two-time Academic All-GLVC.... All-GLVC selection ... recorded a first place finish at the GLVC Dual Meet on Sep. 25, helping the team to finish first overall at the 6k race … notched his career-best time 19:41 at the GLVC Dual Meet … picked up the second win of his career at the 8k GLVC West Divisional on Oct. 9, finishing in 25:59, as the team secured a meet victory … recorded a career-best 8k time of 25:20 at the GLVC Championships on Oct. 24, finishing sixth overall.
