2021 Outdoor: First Team All-American. Finished 6
th in the decathlon at the NCAA Division II Championships with the eighth-best performance in program history, 6,912 points. Second Team All-Lone Star Conference honors after scoring 7,483 points in the decathlon, the second-most in program history. Also scored 5,937 points in the decathlon at the Sooner Invite. USTFCCCA All-Region (decathlon).
2021 Indoor: Third Team All-Lone Star Conference honors following a third-place finish in the heptathlon. Broke the previous school record by 18 points with his total of 4,878 points.
Before WT: Finished third in the decathlon at the 2018 France U23 Championships with 7,270 points. Had a personal best performance in the decathlon 13 days later at the Albi French Championships with 7,371 points.
Personal: Born on Sept. 20, 1997. Son of Beatrice and Denis Rodrigues. Has two siblings. Plans on majoring in sports and exercise science at WT.
