2024 Outdoor: NCAA DII National Champion in the 4x100m with a time of 39.72 and ran a 21.48 time in the 200m. Also competed at the Lone Star Track and Field Championships in the 100m with times of 11.43 (8th place) and 10.63 (7th place + new personal best), in the 200m with times of 21.64 (5th place) and 21.56 (3rd place), and in the 4x100m with a time of 40.49 (1st place). At the Jo Meaker Classic and Multi… placed 6th in the 100m (10.36), placed 2nd in the 200m (20.71), and placed 1st in the 4x100m (39.90). Earned All-Region and All-American honors for the 2024 outdoor season.

2024 Indoor: Competed at the Lone Star Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 60m with a time of 7.06 and in the 200m with a time of 22.57. Finished 1st at the KSU Steve Miller Invitational in the 200m with a time of 21.33

2023 Outdoor:  Competed at the NCAA D2 Championships, finishing 18th in the 200m preliminaries with a time of 20.97. Recorded a personal best 200m with a time of 20.59 at the LSC Championships, finishing 1st. Also competed in the 100m at the LSC Championships, finishing 7th with a time of 10.59. 

2023 Indoor: Finished 7th in the 200m with a time of 21.68 at the NCAA Championships. At the LSC Championships, finished 2nd in the 200m with a time of 21.09.

2022 Outdoor: Ranked 10th in the 100-meter, 3rd in the 200-meter, and 2nd in the 4x100-meter relay.  National Champion in the 4x100m with a season best time of 39.27, breaking the WT 4x100-meter school record. Finished 1st in the 100-meter and 2nd in the 200-meter at the WT Last Chance Meet. Finished 1st in the 4x100-meter at the Jo Meaker Classic. Finished 4th in the 200-meter at the LSC Championships with a personal best time of 21.12. Finished 14th in the 100-meter with a personal best time of 10.67 as well as finishing 4th in the 200-meter prelims and 5th in the finals at the NCAA Division II Championships.

2022 Indoor: Ranked 8th in the 200-meter. Earned First Team All-American honors by finishing 5th in the 200-meter at the NCAA Division II Championships with a time of 21.53. Finished 1st running a leg in the 4x400-meter relay at the LSC Championships. Finished 12th in the 60-meter at the Dr. MLK Jr. Collegiate Invitational with a season best time of 6.89. Finished 3rd with a season best time of 21.14 in the 200-meter at the LSC Championships. 

Simon Fraser: GNAC Indoor Track & Field Freshman of the Year. GNAC Indoor 200-meter record holder. SFU Freshman of the Year. Two-time GNAC Athlete of the Week. 

Lindsay Thurber Composite: Graduated in 2019. Won provincials in the 100 and 200-meters. Also finished second in the 400-meters.

Personal: Born on June 26, 2000. Son of Barbara and Nil Lauzon... Has five siblings, Silas, Susie, Nathan, Rachel and Harmony... Majoring in Digital Media Communications.
