2018 Cross Country: Competed in four meets as a senior highlighted by a 24
th finish at the Lone Star Conference Championships hosted at The Range. The senior ran a seasonal best time of 27:06.8 at the championships helping the Buffs win their sixth-straight team title. Also finished 87
th at the FHSU Tiger Open, 19
th at the South Plains College Cross Country Invitational and 169
th at the MSSU Southern Stampede.
2018 Outdoor: Finished 21
st in the 1,500-meters at the Lone Star Conference Championships running 4:24.90 in the final. Ran a seasonal-best time of 1:54.46 over 800m for a 3
rd place finish at the ACU Wes Kittley Invitational. Ran a seasonal-best time of 3:55.16 over 1,500m to win his heat at the Texas State Bobcat Invitational.
2018 Indoor: Had a strong showing at the Lone Star Conference Championships where he ran a leg on the distance medley relay that won in 10:01.92. He also finished 3
rd in the mile running 4:21.11 and eighth in the 800m. Ran a seasonal-best time of 1:53.64 over 800m at the Texas Tech Matador Qualifier.
2017 Cross Country: Had an impressive showing as a junior where he competed at the NCAA Championships for the first time. He recorded a 22
nd place finish at the Lone Star Conference Championships running 28:10.9 over the 8,000-meter course. He later finished 75
th at the South Central Regional followed by a 246
th place showing at the NCAA Championships in Evansville, Ind. Earlier in the season, he finished 21
st at the Texas Tech Open and 81
st at the MSSU Southern Stampede.
2017 Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 1,500-meters at the Lone Star Conference running 3:58.02. Also finished seventh in the 800-meters after running a personal best time of 1:54.18 in the prelims. Ran a personal best time over 1,500m at the Bryan Clay Invite finishing in 3:57.71. Recorded runner-up finishes in both the 1,500m and 800m at the WT Classic & Multi where he ran altitude adjusted times of 1:54.42 and 4:00.67.
2017 Indoor: Ran the 800-meter leg on the distance medley that finished fourth at the Lone Star Conference Championships. Also competed in the 800m where he finished 11
th running 1:58.40 in the prelims. Ran a personal best time of 4:30.92 in the mile at the GVSU Big Meet Saturday. Ran a seasonal best time of 1:56.07 at the UNM Cherry & Silver Invite.
2016 Cross Country: Competed in four meets for the Buffs as a sophomore highlighted by a sixth-place finish at the Buffalo Stampede. Finished 54
th at the Lone Star Conference Championships running 28:15.4 for 8,000-meters. Finished 62 in the University Race at the OSU Cowboy Jamboree running 30:49.2. Finished 26
th at the Border Classic covering the 5,000-meter course in 16:41.2.
2016 Outdoor: Finished 10
th in the 800-meters at the Lone Star Conference Championships running 1:55.22 in the prelims. He also finished 13
th in the 1,500-meters running 4:15.15 at the championships. Ran a personal-best time of 1:54.69 to finish 16
th at the Texas State Bobcat Invitational. Ran a personal-best time of 4:06.28 in the 1,500 at the WT Classic & Multi.
2016 Indoor: Ran the 1200 meter leg on the distance medley relay that finished second at the LSC Indoor Championships in a time of 10:09.56. Finished seventh in the 800 meters at the same championships running 1:56.79. Ran a personal best time of 1:55.08 at the Don Kirby Open finishing 12
th. Finished seventh in the mile at the Grizzly-Buffalo Clash in personal best time of 4:26.97.
2015 Cross Country: As a freshman, Suchors ran in three meets for the Buffs including a top-30 performance in the LSC Championships (8k). Ran a personal-best time of 27:02.5 in the 8k at the Chile Pepper Festival.
High School: Graduated from Justin Northwest High School in 2015, where competed in the 5k in cross country and 800m and 1600m events in track. He placed fourth in the 800m at the UIL 6A Texas State Championships running a personal-best time of 1:54.53. During his senior year, he was the district champion in the 800m and 1600m. Has run 4:24.85 in the 1600m.
Personal: Born on September 21, 1996. Son of William and Kelly Suchors. Has one sister, Chamey. Majoring in engineering with a minor in business at West Texas A&M.
