2024 Outdoor: Competed at the Lone Star Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 1500m with a time of 4:03.03 and a 7th place finish. Place 6th at the Masked Rider Open in the 1500m with a time of 3:58.97
2024 Indoor: Competed in the Lone Star Track and Field Championships and set a personal record in the mile with a time of 4:12.37, taking 2nd place. Allen also competed in the 3000m race with a time of 8:48.93, placing 10th and the Distance Medley Relay, placing 1st, with a time of 10:15.34 at the Lone Star Indoor Track and Field Championships. Set a new PR at the Crimson and Gold Invitational in the 3000m with a time of 8:43.65.
2023 Cross Country: Helped the men’s cross country team to a first place finish at the 2023 LSC Championships by finishing 11th in the men’s 8k with a time of 25:36.4. Finished 52nd in the 10k at the NCAA D2 South Central Regional Championships with a time of 31:52.6, adding to the teams 4th place finish.
2023 Outdoor: Ran a 3:55.82 in the 1500m at the LSC Outdoor Championships, finishing 5th. Ran a personal best in the 1500m at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a time of 3:51.29.
23 Indoor: Finished 5th in the men’s mile at the LSC Championships with a time of 4:25.12. Had a personal best time of 9:05.83 in the 3000m at the Texas Tech Open.
2022 Cross Country: Finished 40
th at the LSC Championship. Finished the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championship with a personal best time of 32:06.5in the 10k. Finished 54
th in the 10k at the NCAA Division II South Central Region Cross Country Championship. Finished the 8k at the Louisville Classic with a personal best of 24:59.6. Finished 17
th in the Big Country XC Festival with a personal best time of 19:18.5 in the 6k.
2022 Outdoor: Finished 3rd in the 1,500-meter at the WT Spring Break Classic. Finished 4th in the 1,500-meters with a personal best time of 4:00.9 at the Jo Meaker Classic. Finished 10th at the TTU Masked Rider Open in the 5,000-meter with a personal best time of 15:59.80.
2022 Indoor: Finished 15
th in the 3,000-meters with a season best of 9:23.96.
2021 Cross Country: Finished 7th at the ASU Blue & Gold Classic. Finished the 8k at the Louisville Classic with a new personal best time of 25:34.4. Another personal best, finishing the 4m with a time of 21:40.2 at the Texas Tech Open.

th in the 3,000-meters (9:25.10). Ran a seasonal best time of 4:18.99 in the mile at the Washburn Open.
