2022 Outdoor: Finished 5th in the 800-meter with a personal best time of 1:53.86 at the Jo Meaker Classic. Finished 7th in the 400-meter with a personal best time of 49.34 at the WT Spring Break Classic.

2022 Indoor: Finished 4th in the DMR at the LDC Championships. Placed 5th in the 4x400-meter relay at the Dr. MLK Jr. Collegiate International. Finished 6th in the 800-meter at the LSC Championships. Ran a personal best of 1:55.86 in the 800-meter at the Texas Tech Shootout. 

2021 Cross Country: Finished 27th at the William Graham RC Cross Country Invitational with a personal best time of 34:28.8 in the 8k.

2021 Outdoor: Finished 6th in the 800-meters at the Lone Star Conference Championships running 1:59.82 in the final. Ran a personal best time of 1:54.13 in the prelims, marking the second time he had run under 1:55 as a true freshman. Finished 9^th at the Masked Raider Open with a time of 1:54.65. Ran 4:19.03 for 1,500-meters at the WT Spring Break Classic.

2021 Indoor: Finished 9^th at the Lone Star Conference Championships in the 800-meters after running 2:01.27 in the prelims. Ran the 800m leg on the distance medley relay that finished 2^nd at the Washburn Open in 10:01.70. Ran 1:58.34 in the 800m in his first collegiate race at the Corky Classic. 

2020 Cross Country: Redshirted.

La Joya Community High School:  Nganga ran under Lobos head coach Jordan Beverly. Received All-State recognition in the 4x400m relay, 800m and 4x800m relay. Was a four-time state qualifier.

Personal:  Born July 1, 2002. Son of Penninah and John Nganga. Brother to Adriana and Dylan. Plans to study civil engineering at WT.
