USTFCCCA All-Region South Central Team (2023)

2024 Outdoor:
 Competed at the Lone Star Track and Field Championships in the Decathlon with a score of 6,139 (4th place) and within the Decathlon events… earned a new personal best in the 100m with a time of 10.84 (1st place), placed 1st in the High Jump (1.99m), placed 1st in the 400m (49.61), and placed 2nd in the 110m Hurdles (15.25).  Recorded multiple personal records for the season at the Jo Meaker Classic and Multi: in the Decathlon (6339 points; 5th place), in the 400m (time of 48.95; 1st place), in the Discus Throw (throw of 31.65m; 6th place), in the Javelin Throw (throw of 33.88m; 7th place), and in the 1500m (time of 4:57.40; 2nd place); also at the Buffalo Invitational: in the 110 Hurdles (time of 14.92; 5th place) and in the Long Jump (time of 6.57m; 6th place). Set a personal best in the Shot Put at the WT Spring Break Open with a throw of 10.69m.

2024 Indoor: Competed in the Lone Star Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 60m Hurdles with a time of 8.82 to receive a 12th place finish and in the High Jump with a height of 2.09m to receive a 2nd place finish. Henderson also earned a personal best in the 1000m with a time of 2:43.44 at the Boo Rogers Combined Events, earning 1st Place

2023 Indoor: Recorded a personal best in the Heptathlon with a score of 4896 where he finished 7th at the LSC Championships. Personal bests while competing in the Heptathlon in the 60m (7.01, 2nd), High Jump (6’10.25” (2.09m), 1st), and Pole Vault (11’3.75” (3.45m), 11th). Recorded two more personal bests at the Texas Tech Open, running a 1:27.31 in the 600m and 8.64 in the 60m. Is part of the All-Region South Central Team in 2023 for High Jump. 

2022 Indoor: Recorded three personal bests at the Boo Rogers combined Events: 1000m (2:48.27, 1st), Shot Put (33’5.75” (10.20m), 19th), and Long Jump (20’10.75” (6.37m), 13th) which earned him a 13th place finish in the Heptathlon.
