2026 Indoor: Opened the season with a PR mile time of 4:28.05 in the Corky Classic (Jan. 16-17) to place 15th...took 5th in the 800 at the LSC Championships (Feb. 27-28)

2025 Cross Country: Competed in six cross country meets for the Buffs in 2025... Ran a personal-best 8K time (25:44.2) to finish 165th at the Louisville Classic... Crossed the finish line 40th (26:29.7) at the LSC Cross Country Championships... Finished 234th at the NCAA Cross Country Championships with a time of 33:26.9 on the 10k course...

2024-25 Track & Field:
Claimed a ninth-place finish at the West Texas Relays in the 1,500m (4:11.33)... Finished sixth in the 800m (1:54.08) at the Jo Meaker Classic... Competed in the 800m at the LSC Outdoor Championships...

2023-24 Track & Field:
Finished fourth in the 1,500m at the WT Spring Break Open with a personal best time of 3:59.74... Claimed a second-place finish in the 800m (1:53.79) at the Jo Meaker Classic... Finished eighth at the LSC Outdoor Chamionships in both the 800m (1:57.96) and the 1,500m (4:03.26)... 

2023 Cross Country:
Competed in four meets for the Buffs in 2023... Ran a 16.24.4 at the Big Country Festival to finish 16th... Won the ASU Blue & Gold Classic with a time of 26:59.8 in the 8K race... Finished 17th at the LSC Cross Country Championships (25:15.7)...
