2022 Outdoor: Finished 1st in the 800-meter at the WT Last Chance Meet. Finished 2nd in the 800-meter at the Jo Meaker Classic with a personal best time of 1:50.05. Finished 6th in the 400-meter with a personal best time of 48:90 at the WT Spring Break Classic. Finished 12th in the 800-meters at the NCAA Division II National Championship.
2022 Indoor: Finished 2nd in the DMR at the Texas Tech Open. Finished 4th in the 400-meter prelims at the LSC Championships. Ran a personal best of 1:50.60 in the 800-meter at the GVSU Big Meet.
2021 Cross Country: Finished 26th at the William Graham RC Cross Country Invitational with a personal best time of 34:17.1 in the 8k.
Northwest Missouri State: All-American. Ran a leg on the distance medley relay that finished 4th at the 2021 NCAA Indoor Championships. Finished 4th in the 800-meters at the MIAA Indoor Championships running 1:53.49 in the final. Ran a PR of 1:51.27 in the 800m at the Bearcat Invite. 2020 MIAA 600-yard champion.
