2011: Olivas saw minutes in 16 matches with 14 starts for the Buffs during his junior season in 2011, registering 16 shots with eight of them landing on goal to go along with one assist.

2010: Olivas started nine matches while playing in a total of 18 as a sophomore in 2010 for the Buffs, scoring three goals and dishing out one assist for seven total points. Olivas registered two goals against the University of the Southwest on Sept. 2.

2009: Olivas saw time in 17 matches with eight starts as a true freshman in 2009 as the Buffs finished the season with a 15-2-2 overall record and a share of the Lone Star Conference title with Midwestern State. He registered one goal and one assist for three total points, he was honored with a spot on the All-LSC second team for his efforts on the pitch.

High School: Olivas graduated from Palo Duro (Texas) High School in 2008, playing in the midfield and forward for the Dons, grabbing first team All-District 3-4A honors as a junior and senior. He also excelled in the classroom, being named an Ace Scholar as well as being in the top 10% of his class.

Personal: Olivas is the son of Jose and Loudres Silvestre and has three siblings: Bianca, Samantha and Ashley. He is a Computer Information System major at West Texas A&M with a minor in Finance.
