Biography
2025-26:
Registered an impressive freshman campaign for the Buffs in 2025-26, ranking 49th in the South Central Region... Tallied an adjusted scoring average of 73.6 over nine tournaments that spanned 26 total rounds... Registered three different Top-10 finishes... Finished third (-5) at The Sam Proal in Colorado... Shot in the red (-3) at the NCAA South Central/West Regional Championship to finish fourth overall... Helped led WT to their third straight appearance at the NCAA Championships...
At Randall High School:
Lankford joined the Buffs from nearby Randall High School under coach Ben Gilliand where he was a three-time District Champion for the Raiders. Lankford qualified for a pair of Texas Class 4A State Championships with the Raiders winning the 4A State Title in 2023.
Personal:
Jack is the son of Scott and Janet Lankford and he has four siblings: Clay, Luke, Kelsey and Cary. He is expected to major in Business at WT.
