2026 Outdoor: Opened the season with a fifth place finish in the 10k at the Jo Meaker Classic and Multi (Apr. 9-10) with a time of 32:22.95...recorded PR's in the 1,500m and 5,000m with times of 3:59.06 and 14:26.38 to place 90th and 14th at the Bryan Clay Invitational (Apr. 16-18)...placed second in the 5,000m at the LSC Championships (May 7-9) with a time of 14:54.65...notched a PR (31:18.29) in the 10,000m at the LSC Championships to take third...earned First Team All-LSC

2026 Indoor: Finished fifth in the 3,000m (8:51.26) and 14th in the mile (4:28.10) at the New Mexico Team Open (Jan. 30-31)...Finished fourth in the 3K (8:48.18) and seventh in the 5K (15:27.03) at the LSC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27-28)...earned Third Team All-LSC

2025 Cross Country: Competed in six meets for the Buffs during the 2025 cross country campaign... Ran an 8K best 24:20.5 at the Louisville Classic to finish 27th overall... Crossed the line fourth (24:58.7) at the LSC Cross Country Championships to secure All-LSC Honors... Finished 30th at the NCAA Regionals with a 10K time of 31:28.3... Ran a time of 32:01.1 to finish 131st at the NCAA Championships in Wisconsin...named LSC Newcomer of the Year
