The Sandies went 98-16 during that time with Zach becoming the winningest varsity starter in AHS history... Brown graduated as the second leading scorer in AHS history with 1,396 points... Named to the Texas High School Super Elite Team as well as a recipient of the Texas Panhandle Sports Network Basketball Excellence Award... Brown was named the District Newcomer of the Year, District Most Valuable Player as well as a TABC All-State selection... Also excelled in the classroom as a member of the Academic All-District squad...
