2018-19 (Senior)
Quaid finished his historic career as the program’s all-time leader in games played, wins and rebounds while being named the D2CCA South Central Region and Lone Star Conference Player of the Year along with two All-American honors. He started in all 38 games as a senior averaging a career-high 30.1 minutes per game where he became the first player in program history to finish a career with 1,700 points, 1,000 rebounds and 100 blocks. He averaged 15.9 points per game going 225-of-424 from the floor, 33-of-109 from three-point range and 121-of-161 from the free throw line with 290 rebounds (7.6/avg), 51 assists, 31 blocks and 17 steals. Scored in double figures in 30 games with 11 games scoring at least 20 points including a career-high 30 points against Eastern New Mexico (1/22). He was named the NCAA Division II South Central Region Tournament Most Valuable Player after scoring 29 points in the final against No. 4 St. Edward’s (3/19) in Canyon. Also recorded a career-high five blocks against the Hilltoppers. Recorded 10 double-doubles during the season including a pair of 17-point, 18 rebound performances in the first four games of the season. 

2017-18 (Junior):
Had a monster junior season where he started in all 36 games for the Buffs en route to earning D2CCA Second Team All-Region, First Team All-Lone Star Conference and Lone Star Conference Academic Player of the Year honors. He also earned NSCA All-American Strength & Conditioning honors for his work in the weight room. He averaged 14.3 points and 9.9 rebounds per game on a Buffs team that won a program-best 32 games. He went 196-of-312 (62.8%) from the floor, 13-of-25 (52.0%) from three and 108-of-161 (67.1%) from the free-throw line. He also had 61 assists, 35 blocks and 13 steals.
 
His 335 total rebounds were the second-most in a single season in program history while his 714 career rebounds are the sixth-most in program history. He also recorded 17 double-doubles including a 21-point, 21-rebound performance against Angelo State on Jan. 11. The junior was one of the best players at the Elite Eight where he averaged 23.0 points and 11.5 rebounds per game including a 21-point, 13-rebound performance against eventual National Champion Ferris State.

2016-17 (Sophomore):
Quaid became a staple in the lineup for the Buffs during his sophomore campaign in 2016-17, seeing time in all 35 games with six starts to average 19.8 minutes and 9.4 points per contest. The Colorado native went 114-of-214 (53.3%) from the floor including 2-of-19 (10.5%) from deep and 98-of-136 (72.1%) from the charity stripe to go along with 226 total rebounds to average 6.5 per game to lead the team. Quaid dished out 27 assists while registering 22 blocks and 12 steals on the season, the talented big man scored 328 total points on the season to average 8.7 per contest.

Quaid was a driving force behind WT's run to the South Central Regional Title Game as the sophomore averaged 17.0 points and 12.7 rebounds during the South Central Regional Tournament to be named to the All-Tournament Team. Quaid scored a career-high 29 points against Texas A&M-Commerce in the quarterfinal round as he went 9-of-17 from the floor and 11-of-13 from the free throw line to go along with 18 rebounds for a double-double. He also excelled in the classroom, being named a member of the Lone Star Conference All-Academic Team.

2015-16 (Freshman):
Quaid had a breakout true freshman campaign for the Buffs in 2015-16, seeing time in all 31 contests with 16 starts as he averaged 19.6 minutes per game. The Colorado native went 90-174 (51.7%) from the floor including 5-21 (23.8%) from behind the arc and 75-113 (66.4%) from the free throw line to go along with 133 total rebounds (4.3/game).

He dished out 33 assists on the season to go along with 21 blocks which ranked second on the team while registering four steals. Quaid scored a career high 16 points in Canyon against Texas A&M-Commerce (Feb. 17) as he went 5-11 from the floor and 4-6 from the charity stripe, he tallied his first career double-double against Cameron (Dec. 31) with 12 points and 11 rebounds.
 
Fossil Ridge High School: 
Quaid came to Canyon by way of Fossil Ridge High School in Fort Collins, Colo. Under head coach Matt Johannsen. As a senior, he was named the Front Range League (FRL) Player of the Year as he averaged 18 point per game while breaking a school record for rebounds in a single game (22) and in a season (284). Following his senior campaign, he was chose to play in "The Show", a Colorado All-Star Game hosted by the Denver Nuggets. As a junior, Quaid led his high school squad to a 27-1 overall record and runner-up finish in the Colorado State Boys Basketball Tournament, ranking as high as 14th nationally in the MaxPreps Freeman Rankings. Quaid also played club ball for Billups Elite 17U and is coached by Elton Davis.

Born July 14th. Quaid is the son of Rob and Laura Quaid and he has two siblings, Alec and Julia.
