Previous School: Babies attended Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (Texas) before transferring to West Texas A&M.
High School: Babies graduated from Mesquite Poteet HS (Texas) in 2009 and played shooting guard and point guard for the Pirates under head coach Phil Baily. He was an All-District and All-Region performer as a senior and averaged 16 points per game with seven assists per game, being named the Offensive Player of the Year.
Major: Babies is a Communications major at West Texas A&M.
Personal: Babies is the son of Don Babies and Cheryl Powell.
