Biography

GENERAL Hall possesses serious scoring punch, be it as a starter or coming off the bench as the Buffs’ sixth man.
 
2009-10 – Hall proved his abilities at either playing the role as the Buffs’ sixth man, or making a starting appearance, and has shown his scoring abilities in either role. He stood 13th among LSC free throw percentage leaders and has the ability to nail the three-point shot, as he stood second on the team in that category (40 made) and twice canned five - at Cameron and against Arkansas Tech. Hall has twice drained 23 points, first doing so against Arkansas Tech, then repeating that performance at Cameron. The Georgia native canned 20 points in a starting role at Central Oklahoma and had a game-high 19 points at Abilene Christian and 18 points against Oklahoma Panhandle State. He added 18 points and five rebounds against Southwestern Oklahoma in the Holiday Inn WT Thanksgiving Classic and matched that point total in a reserve role against New Mexico Highlands. Hall also came off the bench to score 14 points (including 8-of-10 free throws) at SWOSU. He tallied 13 points to go withfive rebounds against Eastern New Mexico, had 13 points, four assists against TAMU-Commerce and also had 13 points against UT-Permian Basin.
 
JUNIOR COLLEGE – Hall transfered to WT from Levelland, Texas’, South Plains College, where he averaged 10 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists in 2008-09. He and his team lost in the Region V Championship game, coming within one win from going back to the NJCAA national tournament. As a freshman in 2007-08, he helped lead South Plains College to the NJCAA National Championship, while averaging 3.0 points and 1.4 rebounds per game.
 
HIGH SCHOOL – Hall averaged 23 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists for a Thomasville (Ga.) HS team that went 27-1 during the 2006-07 season. While playing for coach Tyrone Kellogg’s Bulldogs, he was a three-time Georgia Player of the Year, participated in the Georgia High School all-Star Game (where he was named MVP) and broke the school’s scoring record.
 
Personal – Hall is majoring in Mass Communications/Broadcasting at WTAMU. He is the son of Glenda Scott and Willie Hall.
