2023-24: Phillips appeared in all 35 games for the Buffs, averaging 9.5 minutes per contest… He shot 44.6 percent from the floor, 31.8 percent from beyond the arc and 75.0 percent from the free throw line on the season… Scored 107 points (3.1)… He brought down 32 rebounds (0.9) with 22 on defense to go along with 12 assists and 11 steals… Scored a season-high 7 points three times throughout the season… Helped the Buffs to a South Central Regional title and Final Four appearance

2022-23: Phillips saw time in 25 games to average 6.8 minutes per game… He shot 51.2 percent from the floor and 76.9 percent from the free throw line totaling 52 points (2.1)… Brought down 34 (1.4) rebounds along with six assists, one block, and seven steals on the season… Scored a season-high 10 points against Eastern New Mexico (3/3)...

Texas A&M International: Played two seasons under head coach Mac McConnell... He saw action in 25 games where he averaged 19.1 minutes per contest with 7.7 points, 1.7 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 0.5 assists in his freshman season..  Posted a career-high 17 points against the Buffs in the final regular-season finale during the 2021-22 season...
 
Wagner High School: Was a four-year letterwinner at Wagner High School where the Thunderbirds went 128-21 overall throughout his career... Helped lead his team to the 5A UIL State Championship title and 32-5 overall record as he averaged 17.6 points, 1.3 assists and 6.3 rebounds per game with eight double-doubles in his senior campaign... Was a three-time All-State honoree for the Thunderbirds along with earning all-region, district, area, and tournament honors.  He finished his career as one of the top scorers in Wagner history with over 1,800 points. 

Personal: He is the son of Alex and Tamla Phillips and brother to Jordan, Jayden, and Joy.  He plans to major in the sports and exercise science program during his time at WT.
