Helped the Lady Buffs to the Division II National Championship Tournament and earned the National Runner-Up title… Appeared in 137 sets, totaling 37 matches… Averaged .17 assists per set and had a total of 23 assists for the season… Also averaged .20 serving aces per set and recorded 28 total service aces… On the defensive end, averaged 2.23 digs per set and had a total of 305 total digs for the season… Had a season high of 20 digs vs. MSU Denver (12/02) and Texas A&M International (11/10)...

2022: Helped lead the Lady Buffs to their fourth National Championship… appeared in 95 sets totaling 34 matches…tallied 321 digs with a match high 27 digs vs. Texas Woman’s (10/8)…Averaged 3.38 digs per set…Totaled 53 assists and 29 aces…

2021: Helped the Lady Buffs to the program’s 16th conference title with a sweep over St. Edward’s in the championship match… Helped the Lady Buffs to claim the 2021 NCAA DII South Central Championship title with a 3-2 victory over No. 3 MSU Denver leading to the program’s 14th appearance in the NCAA Elite Eight… Competed in 28 matches playing in 67 sets… Recorded nine assists with 19 service aces… Tallied 130 digs (1.94 digs/set) for 13.0 total points… Had season-high 14 digs against Oklahoma Christian (10/15)… 

2020 (Played in Spring 2021): Made appearances in 48 sets for the Maroon and White totaling 109 digs with a season-high 18 against Angelo State (2/3)… Recorded 12 assists and seven service aces… 

Highland Park High School: Patterson registered a standout prep career at Highland Park High School in Amarillo where she led the Lady Hornets to the Regional Tournament as a senior, picking up TGCA Class 2A All-State accolades while being named the District 4-2A Defensive Most Valuable Player. Highland Park made the school's first appearance in the State Tournament in 2018, finishing the campaign with an overall record of 36-6 as Patterson claimed All-State honors while also being named to the Amarillo Globe News Super Team. Emma also excelled in the classroom, being named a Superintendent Scholar three times while also being listed on the Superintendent Honor Roll.
