Biography

GENERAL: Wesley’s performances as a true freshman point towards a very promising future for this local offensive line product.  This season, his younger brother, Jared, will also be joining the Buffaloes.


2009: Thrust into action as a true freshman, Wesley first saw action at Southwestern Oklahoma State.  By season’s end, he had seen action at either right or left tackle in nine contests, making eight starting appearances.


HIGH SCHOOL: Wesley played offensive tackle and defensive end while at Canyon (Texas) HS.  He was an all-District 3-4A selection in both his junior and senior years under Coach Bill Bryant.  An Academic all-State pick in football, Wesley was a superintendent scholar and a two-year member of the National Honor Society.  He was a three-year letterwinner in track & field, placing first at district and advancing as a regional qualifier.


MAJOR:  Wesley is a Computer Science major at WTAMU.
