At Canadian High School: Caught the game-winning touchdown in Texas 3A State Championship Game as a senior in 2020 for the Wildcats under head coach Chris Koetting. Named District Defensive Most Valuable Player as well as First Team All-District tight end after recording 832 yards and 13 touchdowns.
