Career: Has played in 36 games with 32 starts.  He as 133 receptions for 1,563 yards with 11 touchdowns.  In addition, he has tallied 25 kick returns for 565 yards and three punt returns for 34 yards.

2012: Played in 14 games with 14 starts at wide receiver.  Finished second on the team in receiving yards with 827 and scored six touchdowns. Had 67 receptions which was second on the team.  Averaged 12.3 yards per catch and 59.1 yards per game. Had 24 kick returns for 551 yards, including a season-high six returns for 192 yards in the season-opener at then-No. 1 Colorado State-Pueblo. Then followed with a career-high 170 yards and two scores in the Buffs' NCAA quarterfinal win over the Thunderwolves.  Ranked third on the team in all-purpose yards with 1,421. Earned honorable mention all-conference honors. Was a LSC Offensive Player of the Week honoree. Named Academic All-Conference and was a first team CoSIDA/Capital One Academic All-America selection.

2011: Slaughter saw an ample amount of time at wide receiver for the Buffs as a sophomore in 2011, seeing time in all 11 games for West Texas A&M. Slaughter caught 33 passes for 395 yards and three touchdowns to average 35.9 yards per game with a long catch of 39 yards, he also returned two punts for a total of 22 yards. Slaughter was seventh on the team in scoring with 18 points while also ranking seventh in all-purpose yards with a total of 443 for an average of 40.3 per game. For his efforts on the field, Slaughter was named to the All-Lone Star Conference Honorable Mention team.

2010: Slaughter stepped into a wide receiving roll for the Buffs as a true freshman in 2010, seeing time in 11 games. He registered 33 catches for 341 yards and two touchdowns on the season for an average of 31.0 yards per game. Slaughter finished the season seventh on the team in all-purpose yards with a total of 341 for an average of 31.0 per game. For his efforts in the classroom, Slaughter was named a member of the LSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

Lubbock High School: This multi-talented athlete played numerous positions for Coach Mike Speck’s Lubbock (Texas) HS squad. Seeing action as a cornerback, free safety, wide receiver and running back, Slaughter was a first-team all-District and honorable mention all-State selection in 2009, after making 81 receptions for 898 yards and eight TDs. He earned honorable mention honors following both his junior and sophomore seasons, as well. As a junior, he recorded 37 catches for 430 yards and three TDs, while he added 14 receptions for 98 yards and a pair of TDs as a sophomore. Slaughter also earned varsity letters in track & field and basketball.

Personal: Born August 21, 1992.  Mother is Charilene Merick.  Has three siblings Veronica Slaughter, Darius Dupree, Cherie Merick.  Majoring in mass communications.
