High School: Graduated from George Ranch High School in 2016 where he played on both sides of the ball under head coach Ricky Tullos. He was named to the Lombardi Watchlist as a senior while receiving an invitation to play in the Bayou Bowl. He earned first team all-district honors during that same season. He also lettered in track & field.

Personal: Born on November 23, 1997. Son of Geoffrey and Stephanie Bottego. Has one sibling: Matthew. Undecided on major.
