West Texas A&M University Athletics

2019: Appeared in seven games finishing second on the team in rushing yards. He rushed the ball 74 times for 341 yards and four touchdowns with four receptions for 85 yards and a touchdown. Rushed for a season-high 111 yards on 15 carries in WT’s comeback victory over Texas A&M-Kingsville. Also rushed for 94 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries before going down with an injury against Western New Mexico. Had a career-best 73-yard reception against Midwestern State. 

2018: Appeared in 3 games at running back before suffering a season ending injury against Oklahoma Panhandle State on Sept. 8. Rushed for 89 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries while also recording 72 return yards. Had a season-best run of 19 yards against OPSU that resulted in his first career touchdown to give WT a 21-0 lead.

University of San Diego: Redshirted.
 
San Diego Mesa College: Had a terrific two-year career under head coach Peter Lofthouse where he earned all-conference and all-state recognition. As a sophomore, he ran for over 1,200 yards with 20 touchdowns to earn 1^st Team All-Conference and All-State honors. He was also named the Southern California Bowl Most Valuable Player.
 
Yucca Valley High School: Was an All-CIF performer for the Trojans. During his career, he earned All-CIF and 1^st Team All-League honors for his work as a running back, wide receiver and return man. Also lettered in soccer and track & field.
 
Personal: Born on February 27, 1996. Son of Leisa and Torivio Valla. Has two siblings. Plans on majoring in civil engineering at WT.
