Biography

2011: Ratliff became one of the favorite targets of Dustin Vaughan as a sophomore in 2012, seeing time in all 11 games for the Buffs. The Lubbock native caught 44 passes for 848 yards and six touchdowns for an average of 77.1 yards per game. He ranked fifth on the team in scoring with 36 points as well as third in all-purpose yards with 848. For his efforts on the field, Ratliff was named a member of the All-Lone Star Conference Honorable Mention team.

2010: Ratliff saw time in 11 games for the Buffs as a true freshman during the 2010 season. He caught 11 passes for 158 yards to average 13.2 yards per game with a long catch of 43 yards. He ranked 11th on the team in all-purpose yards with a total of 158. Ratliff also saw time on special teams, registering three solo tackles on kickoff return coverage.

2009: Redshirt season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ratliff played wide receiver, defensive back and placekicker while at Lubbock (Texas) Frenship HS. A 2008 all-District 4-4A selection, he also earned all-City and all-South Plains recognition as both a receiver and placekicker. He logged 36 catches, 13 TDs, booted a long field goal of 49 yards and had a 102 yard kickoff return while playing for Coach Brad Davis. Ratliff was also an Academic all-District pick in football, basketball, track & field and baseball.

MAJOR: Ratliff is a Finance major at West Texas A&M.
