2011 Season Stats

Career Stats (WT): Has played in 23 games with five starts at WT.  Has 21 receptions for 224 yards and four touchdowns.

2012: Played in all 15 games with three starts.  Had 18 catches for 194 yards and four touchdowns.  Had four catches for 41 yards and two scores at Chadron State in the NCAA Tournament.  Tallied a season-high five catches for 58 yards and a score at Texas A&M-Commerce.  Averaged 10.8 yards per catch and 12.9 yards per game. 

2011: Jackson saw limited time at wide receiver at West Texas A&M, seeing the field in eight games for the Buffs in 2011. Jackson caught three passes for 30 yards for an average of 10 yards per catch and a long of 20 yards to average 3.8 yards per game on the season.

Sam Houston State: Jackson attended Sam Houston State (Texas) from 2009-2010 where he redshirted for the Bearkats during the 2009 season.

Sulphur Springs High School: Jackson graduated from Sulphur Springs HS (Texas) in 2009, playing on the outside for the Wildcats under head coach Greg Owens. He helped lead SSHS to the Texas Class 4A Division II State Championship as a senior, catching 105 passes for 1,550 yards and 19 TD’s, the yardage was top 5 in all classes of Texas and ranked ninth in the nation. For his efforts on the field, he was named a THSCA 1^st Team All-State selection.

Personal: Born July 17, 1990.  Parents are Jill and Phil Jackson.  Has two siblings Jenner and Jordan.  Majoring in biology with a minor in kinesiology at WT.
