Biography

2020: Appeared in five games including two starts at right guard for a Buff offense that averaged over 400 yards of total offense per game. He was also part of an offensive line that helped the Buffs rush for 415 yards in their season opener against Oklahoma Panhandle State. 

Snow College: Spent one season on the offensive line under head coach Andrew Mitchell. 
 
Granger High School: Graduated in 2018. Earned 1st Team All-Region honors as an offensive lineman for the Lancers. Also lettered in track & field. Region champion in shot put, javelin and discus. Also finished 6th in the discus at UHSAA State Championships. 
 
Personal: Born on May 22, 2000. Son of Francisco Ortega and Maria Hernandez. Has two siblings. Plans on majoring in Kinesiology at WT.
