2019 Honorable Mention All-Lone Star Conference
 
2020: Finished his collegiate career with 245 tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss, two sacks, two forced fumbles and an interception. Recorded the second-most tackles on the team, 49, with 1.5 tackles for loss and a sack. Recorded double digits in three games including a season-high 14 against Angelo State on Sept. 26. Recorded his first career interception against Stephen F. Austin. Recorded his second career sack in the season opener against Oklahoma Panhandle State. 

2019: Started in all 11 games at linebacker finishing fifth in the conference and 16^th in the nation in tackles. He finished the season with 118 tackles (46 solo, 72 assisted), 11 tackles for loss, one sack, one forced fumble, two pass breakups and three QB hurries. He recorded double digit tackles in nine games including a career-high 15 (4 solo, 11 assisted) against Western New Mexico. Recorded a season-high three tackles for loss including his first career sack against Central Washington.

2018: Medical Redshirt.

2017: Played in all 11 games with 29 total tackles and 17 solo stops. Had one breakup and one hurry, while recovering one fumble. Recorded a season-high six tackles at Tarleton State (9/23) and recovered the fumble against Adams State (10/14). Had a season-high five solo tackles against Adams State.

2016: Played in nine games with eight starts at linebacker for the Buffs. Had 49 tackles with 23 solo stops, one tackle for loss and one pass breakup. Earned honorable mention all-conference. Recorded one game of double-digit tackles with 13 total stops and one tackle for loss against Texas A&M-Kingsville (10/8). Tallied four or more total tackles in seven of his nine games played. His 49 tackles tied for sixth-most on the team.

2015: Redshirted.

San Antonio Christian School: Named first team all-district as a linebacker.  Earned all-state honorable mention honors.  Named San Antonio area all-star.  Ranked No. 9 in Kohl's Snapping.  Finished with 144 tackles with 106 solo stops.  Was a multiposition athlete who also played running back and tight end for head coach Denny Peel. 

Personal: Born April 25, 1997.  Parents are Jason and Sundee Dennis.  Has one sibling. Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting in May 2019. Currently working on his Master's in Business Administration with plans to be a CPA.
