2019: Started in all 11 games earning First Team All-Lone Star Conference honors after recording 40 tackles (18 solo, 22 assisted), 14.0 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks, nine QB hurries, one pass breakup and one blocked kick. Recorded a season-high 2.5 tackles for loss against Western New Mexico and Texas A&M-Kingsville. Also recorded sacks against WNMU, TAMUK, Midwestern State and Central Washington. Rushed one time for 22 yards on a fake punt against Angelo State. 

2018: All-Lone Star Conference Honorable Mention. Had a productive junior season where he recorded 38 tackles (16 solo, 22 assisted), a team-high 12.5 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks and four QB hurries. Had arguably his best game of the season in the final game at Kimbrough Memorial Stadium against Texas A&M-Kingsville where he had 6 tackles, 4.0 tackles for loss and 0.5 sacks. Also record 1.5 sacks against Angelo State to go along with 11 yards rushing on a successful fake punt attempt.

2017: Played and started all 11 games on the defensive line. Recorded 29 tackles with 23 solo. Had four tackles for loss for 25 yards and two sacks for 19 yards. Recorded one breakup and had five quarterback hurries for third on the team. Tied for the team-lead in forced fumbles with two. Recorded a season-high five tackles twice on the year, including five solo stops and one tackle for loss against Eastern New Mexico (9/30). Had two tackles for loss and a sack for three tackles, a forced fumble and a hurry at Tarleton State (9/23).

2016: Saw action in all 11 games with four starts on the defensive line. Recorded 24 tackles with 16 solo stops. Had seven tackles for loss for 22 yards and two sacks for 12 yards. Forced one fumble with one fumble recovery and one hurry. Tallied a season-high nine tackles with five solo stops against Angelo State (11/5) with three tackles for loss for 14 yards and one sack for 11 yards, along with a forced fumble. 

2015: Redshirted.

Mansfield Summit High School: Played for head coach Travis Pride.  Helped lead his team to a 6-4 record as a senior.  Earned first team all-district honors and first team all-state accolades.  Also competed in powerlifting and track. 

Personal: Born Oct. 8, 1996.  Parents are Simone Jackson and Gerald Johnson.  Has two siblings.  Plans on majoring in broadcasting at WT.
