Biography

Career: Has played in 33 games with 24 starts on the offensive line.  Has helped an offensive line that has gone to back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances and helped lead an offense that has ranked among the national leaders each of the last three seasons.

2013: Played and started all 14 games on the offensive line for the Buffs.  Helped lead an offensive line that blocked for the 2013 Harlon Hill Runner-Up quarterback and an AFCA Football All-American who passed for 5,401 yards setting a NCAA Division II record and 53 touchdown passes which was third-most in Division II.

2012: Saw action in one game against Texas A&M-Kingsville in the LSC Football Festival before sustaining an injury which sidelined him the rest of the season.

2011: Played in 11 games with 10 starts as a sophomore on the offensive line. 

2010: Competed in seven games as a redshirt freshman with his first action coming against Northeastern State.
 
2009: Redshirted.

St. Michael's High School: Atterberry earned first-team all-State, all-Region and all-District 2-3A as an offensive and defensive lineman at Santa Fe (N.M.) St. Michaels HS. In 2008, he helped lead the Horsemen of Coach Joey Fernandez to an 8-5 record and a state playoff berth. In 2007, the Horsemen finished 12-2, advancing to the state playoffs. A three-sport athlete, Atterberry also lettered in basketball and track & field. He was a member of the National Spanish Honor Society.

Personal: Born July 18, 1991.  Parents are Martin and Kendra Atterberry.  Has one sibling Jake.  Majoring in computer information systems at WT.
