Biography

GENERAL: This stout defensive lineman will be looking to step in and provide immediate contributions to the Buffaloes’ defensive line.
 
JUNIOR COLLEGE: Robertson was a defensive lineman for coach Gene Murphy’s Hinds (Miss.) CC Eagles. As a senior on the Eagles’ defensive line, the Tennessee native collected 56 tackles (52 solo, four assisted), while he also intercepted a pass, caused a fumble and picked up four QB sacks on the season. For his efforts, he was selected to play in the 2009 Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges (MACJC) All-Star football game. As a freshman in 2008, Robertson made 36 tackles, of which 33 were of the solo variety.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Robertson was a Class 3A all-State selection as a defensive lineman at Brownsville (Tenn.) Haywood HS.
 
MAJOR: Robertson is undecided on an academic major at WTAMU.
