Copperas Cove High School: Played for head coach Jack Welch.  Went 7-4 as a senior playing both quarterback and wide receiver.  Earned honorable mention honors and was the No. 43-ranked wide receiver.  Also played basketball. 

Personal: Born Oct. 27, 1996.  Parents are Shawna Woessner and Armahl Phelps.  Has one sibling.  Plans on majoring in education at WT.
