North Mesquite High School: Named OL of the Year for head coach Mike Robinson.  Named second team all-district both junior and senior years.  Was selected for the North Texas Bowl.  Also competed in powerlifting.  

Personal: Born Aug. 8, 1997.  Parents are Myrtis and David Hogue, Sr.  Has two siblings.  Plans on majoring in physical therapy at WT.
