2018: Appeared in five games during his senior season. Rushed for 2 yards on 2 carries against Oklahoma Panhandle State on Sept. 8.

2017: Saw action in two games last season, recording five rushes for 24 yards and a long of 12. Recorded 19 rushing yards on four carries in the season-opener against Azusa Pacific (9/2).

2016: Saw action in nine games mainly on special teams. Had two rushes for two yards at UT Permian Basin (9/18). Recorded four tackles with three solo stops on special teams.

John L. Chapin High School: Played for head coach Rene Hernandez as he helped lead his team to an 8-4 record and a second round berth in the playoffs as a senior.  Was a three-time district champ and three-time bi-district champ.  Earned first team all-district honors and first team all-city.  Named second team all-region.  As a junior, named Newcomer of the Year.  Was a Dave Campbell Player to Watch.  Had 1,500 yards on 143 carries and 18 touchdowns as a senior.  Recorded a school-record five touchdowns in one half versus Austin High School on seven carries for 130 yards.  A member of National Honor Society and was Senior Class Vice President.  Also competed in track and basketball.  Was in top 10 percent of his senior class.

Personal: Born April 6, 1996.  Parents are James and Joan Bailey.  Has one sibling.  Plans on majoring in health science at WT.
