Duncan joins the WT coaching staff following two years at Central Missouri where he served as the Special Teams Coordinator and running backs coach for the Mules. Central Missouri went 20-5 over the past two seasons while averaging 561.4 yards per game over that span with 173.0 coming on the ground with 49 touchdowns.

The Cedar Park, Texas native was a four-year letterwinner at running back at Abilene Christian from 2013-16. He carried the ball 166 times for 700 yards and six touchdowns during his time in Abilene while also registering 182 receiving yards. The Wildcats registered 17 victories during that four-year span as ACU transitioned to NCAA Division I.
