2010 Season Stats

Career Stats: Played in 33 games with nine starts.  Has 14 solo tackles and 57 total tackles, along with two tackles for loss for nine yards and one sack for four yards.  Has one quarterback hurry and three recovered fumbles. 

2012: Started nine games and saw action in all 15 as a junior.  Tallied 47 total tackles with 12 solo stops, along with two tackles for loss and one sack.  Had one quarterback hurry and two recovered fumbles.  Named honorable mention all-conference.

2011: Olson saw time in 10 games for the Buffs as sophomore during the 2011 season. Olson registered six assisted tackles on the season.

2010: Olson saw limited time on the defensive side of the ball for West Texas A&M as a redshirt freshman during the 2010 season, seeing time in eight games. Olson registered four total tackles (2 solo, 2 assisted) while also recovering one fumble.

2009: Redshirted.

Marcus High School: Olson was a captain and earned all-District 6-5A honors this past season at Flower Mound (Texas) Marcus HS. He played both defensive end and tight end for Coach Bryan Erwin’s Marauders, while also lettering in track & field. Olson was a National Honor Society member as well as being a member of the English honor society.

Personal: Born February 11, 1991.  Parents are Keith and Rhonda Olson.  Has one sibling Alex.  Olson is a management major at West Texas A&M.
