2014 Season Stats

Career: Has played in 38 games with 14 starts.  Has recorded 112 total tackles with 66 solo tackles.  Recorded three career tackles for loss, along with two interceptions with a forced fumble and a fumble recovery.  He has 10 pass breakups.

2014: Played in all 11 games with six starts in the secondary.  Tallied 44 total tackles with 19 solo stops and 25 assisted tackles.  Had two tackles for loss for two yards.  Recorded one interception at Angelo State (Sept. 27) and had one breakup against the Rams.  Tallied a season-high 10 tackles against Tarleton State (Sept. 13) with six solo stops.   

2013: Played in all 14 games at defensive back as a sophomore.  Tallied 32 total tackles with 20 solo stops.  Had 0.5 tackles for loss for two yards.  Registered his first career interception at Ohio Dominican in the NCAA Tournament.  Ranked third on the team in pass breakups with six and had one fumble recovery also at ODU.  Had a season-high seven total tackles at McMurry and a season-high four solo stops against the Wark Hawks.

2012: Saw action in 13 games with eight starts as a redshirt freshman at defensive back.  Tallied 36 total tackles with 27 solo stops.  Had 0.5 tackles for loss for 1 yard and forced a fumble, along with three pass breakups.  Tallied a season-high 10 total stops and eight solo tackles in the NCAA Tournament win at Chadron State.

2011: Redshirted.

A&M Consolidated High School: Ceazer graduated from A&M Consolidated HS (Texas) in 2011, playing corner for the Tigers under head coach Jim Slaughter. He was a 1^st Team All-District selection as a senior and a two-time State Qualifier in powerlifting.

Personal: Born June 22, 1993.  Parents are Gayrell and Paul McPherson.  Has two siblings Darryl Thompson and Baili McPherson.  Ceazer is majoring in criminal justice with a minor in kinesiology at West Texas A&M.
