2015 Season Stats

Career: Played in 35 games with nine starts...Has 102 total tackles with 33 solo stops...Recorded 8.5 tackles for loss for 19 yards and two sacks for 10 yards...Has four quarterback hurries and two pass breakups, along with three fumble returns.

2015: Played in all 10 games with eight starts as a junior...Recorded 58 total tackles with 20 solo stops...Ranked second on the team in tackles for loss with 7.5 for 16 yards, while recording two sacks for 10 yards...Named to LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll...Had three fumble returns on the year which was the most on the team.

2014: Played in all 11 games with one start.  Talied 19 total tackles with six solo stops.  Had one tackle for loss for two yards.  Recorded one forced fumble in the season-opener at CSU-Pueblo (Sept. 4) where he had a season-high eight total tackles. 

2013: Played in all 14 games at linebacker in his redshirt freshman season.  Has 25 total tackles on the year with seven solo stops.  Recorded 0.5 tackles for loss.  Had a season-high five total tackles with three solo stops and 0.5 tackles for loss against Texas A&M-Commerce.

2012: Redshirted.

Marcus High School: Was a team captain for head coach Brian Erwin.  Helped lead his team to an 11-2 record as a senior.  Earned first team all-district honors at outside linebacker.  Was a second team all-state academic selection.  Participated in Math Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society.  Also competed in track and powerlifting. 

Personal: Born December 20, 1993.  Parents are Rhonda and Keith Olson.  Has one sibling Chris.  Plans on majoring in business at WT.
