2020: Made an immediate impact in the Buffs’ secondary appearing in all six games including a start in the season finale. Recorded the sixth most tackles on the team, 23, along with 1.5 tackles for loss, three pass breakups and one interception. Recorded a career-high nine tackles in the season finale against Pittsburg State. Recorded his first career interception against Angelo State that was returned 55 yards. Also had four kickoff returns for 60 yards including a season-best 23 yarder against PSU. 

Saddleback College: Played on both sides of the ball for the Gauchos under head coach Mark McElroy. He recorded 38 tackles, two interceptions and two touchdowns in 2019 leading the team to nine wins. 
 
Mission Viejo High School: Graduated in 2015. Played all over the field for the 2014 CIF Champions en route to earning the Iron Man Award. Also lettered in basketball, baseball and track & field. 
 
Personal: Born on May 6, 1997. Son of Shenekia Booker and Jeff Currin. Has two siblings. Plans on majoring in business at WT.
