2020:
Knight did not see time on the mound for the Buffs during the pandemic-shortened 2020 campaign.

At Eastern Arizona College:
Knight comes to Canyon following two season at Eastern Arizona College. He made 15 appearances for the Gila Monsters during his sophomore campaign in 2019, tossing 61.2 innings with 47 strikeouts to average 6.86 per inning. Knight made 14 appearances for the Gila Monsters during his freshman season in 2018, registering a 6.65 ERA with 20 strikeouts in 21.2 innings of work to average 8.31 per frame.

At Round Valley High School:
Knight graduated from Round Valley High School in 2017 where he played all over the field for the Elks under head coach Troy Merrell. He earned 1st Team All-Region on the mound with an overall record of 7-0 during his senior season with a 1.63 ERA and 67 strikeouts to be named the Region's Player of the Year. He also hit .490 at the dish to go along with a fielding percentage of .910.

Born July 11, 1999. Son of Lance and Kristen Knight and he has two siblings, Colton and Ridge. Majoring in Agri-Business at West Texas A&M.
