2020 (Senior):  Played and started in all 23 games before season was cut short due to the coronavirus pandemic… Had a .338 batting average on a team-high 27 hits with a team-high six doubles and two home runs… Recorded 19 runs with nine RBI… Had a team-high 10 stolen bases on 11 attempts… Had a .398 on-base-percentage with 39 total bases with four walks and was hit by four pitches… Had a .965 fielding-percentage with 97 putouts… Caught four runners stealing from behind the plate…

2019 (Junior): 
Earned her second all-conference award as she was named First Team All-Lone Star Conference… Saw action in 40 games with 39 starts… Recorded a career-high six RBI against Cameron (3/22)…  Was fifth on the team with a .353 batting average with 48 hits including seven doubles and nine homeruns… Registered a .647 slugging-percentage… Had 119 putouts for a .970 fielding-percentage…

2018 (Sophomore):
McBroom was a staple in the starting lineup for the Lady Buffs during her sophomore campaign, starting 53 contests for WT with 52 of them coming behind the plate. The Sachse native hit .394 on the season with eight doubles, three triples and eight homeruns to drive in 24 RBI with 103 total bases for a slugging percentage of .624. McBroom led the Lady Buffs with 12 stolen bases for an on-base clip of .408 while registering 233 putouts and 25 assists with just six errors for a fielding percentage of .977. 

2017 (Freshman):
McBroom, a 2^nd Team All-Lone Star Conference selection, had a big true freshman campaign for the Lady Buffs in 2017 as the talented utility player split time between outfield, shortstop and catcher. The Sachse native hit .389 on the season with four doubles, one triple and 10 homeruns to drive in 27 RBI with 92 total bases for a slugging percentage of .639 to go along with 17 walks for an on-base clip of .451. She was named a member of the D2CCA South Central Region 2nd Team for her efforts on the diamond.

At Sachse High School:
McBroom joins the Lady Buffs following a standout prep career at Sachse High School (Texas) where she caught for the Mustangs under the guidance of head coach Stefanie Faith. She was named the District 11-6A Most Valuable Player as a senior in 2016 when she hit .576 with 53 total hits and 10 homeruns with a .629 on-base percentage while stealing 29 bases and registering a perfect fielding clip behind the dish. As a junior in 2015, McBroom was named the District 11-6A Defensive Player of the Year as well as an All-State selection. She also lettered in volleyball and was a cheerleader at SHS while excelling in the classroom, being a four-time Academic All-District selection while picking up the President’s Scholar Award and finishing as an Honor Graduate.
