Biography

2012: Went 4-4 on the year with a 4.76 ERA with 12 appearances and 10 starts...Had a team-high three complete games, while logging 64.1 innings which was second-most on the team...Had 36 strikeouts as teams hit just .258 against him.

Grayson County Community College:  Houston attended Grayson County in Sherman, TX where he played for Dusty Hart and the Vikings and achieved a World Series appearance.
 
High School:  Houston attended Amarillo High School where he was the team MVP, under coach Gary Hix.  He was also a Jr. Regional Finalist and all district pitcher and first baseman.
 
Personal Information:  Houston is the son of Danny and Julie Houston, he has one brother Anthony...majoring in sports and exercise science at WT.
