Saw time in 10 games on the offensive line for the Buffs in 2023... WT rushed for 1,603 yards and 13 touchdowns... Average of 139.6 yards per game and 4.1 yards per carry... Ranked 7th in the LSC in rushing...

At College of San Mateo:
Came to Canyon from the College of San Mateo (California) where he played on the offensive line for the Bulldogs under head coach Tim Tulloch. Helped the Bulldogs win the CCAAA State Championship with a 12-1 overall record as the claimed the JUCO National Championship.

At Leland High School:
Graduated from Leland High School (California) in 2020. Played in the trenches on both sides of the bal for head coaches Mike Ward and Kelly King. Named the league's Most Valuable Offensive Lineman during his senior season as well as the LHS Offensive MVP. Also lettered on the baseball diamond for the Chargers. 

Personal:
Born August 8, 2002. Son of Brian and Trisha Ames and he has two siblings, Nick and Hannah. Majoring in Sports & Exercise Science at West Texas A&M.
