2022:
Stine redshirted for the Buffaloes during the 2022 campaign.

At Weatherford College:
Stine came to Canyon from Weatherford College in Weatherford, Texas where he was an NJCAA First Team Academic All-Region selection for the Coyotes under head coach Jeff Lightfoot. He played behind the plate and at first base for the Coyotes as they reached the NJCAA Region 5 Playoffs, Stine earned an Associates Degree in Business from Weatherford.

At Lovejoy High School:
Stine registered a standout prep career at Lovejoy High School where he caught and played third base for the Leopards under head coach Jason WIlson. He was a First Team All-District selection behind the plate while participating in the National Homerun Derby Showcase as a senior. During his junior season, Stine was the District 15-5A Offensive MVP and a Perfect Game Underclass Preseason All-American.

Personal:
Born April 20, 2000. Luke is the son of Darren and Staci Stine and he has one sister, Lauren. He is majoring in Agricultural Business at West Texas A&M.
