2016 Season Stats

2016: Played in 34 games with 22 starts mostly as a designated hitter ... Finished the season with a .301 average on 22 of 73 with six runs scored, six doubles, two home runs and 20 RBI ... Slugged .466 and reached base at a .418 clip as he drew ten walks and was hit six times ... Henderson had two sacrifice flies and recorded 13 putouts for the year ... Recorded three games of multiple hits, while having three multi-RBI games and recorded a season-long five game hitting streak, while reaching base in 11-straight games to end the season.

North Central Texas College: Had a .280 batting average with five home runs, nine doubles and 30 RBI as a sophomore… Hit .324 with two home runs, 12 doubles and 35 RBI as a freshman.

Forney High School: Was named 2013 District 15 4A Offensive MVP after leading the Jackrabbits to the district championship… During that season he held a .512 batting average with three home runs and 43 RBI… Earned first team All-District honors as a junior.

Personal: Born on Mar. 23, 1995… Parents are Melissa and Edward Henderson… Has one sibling… Plans on majoring in general studies at WT.
