2022:
McGrath did not see time on the diamond for the Buffaloes during the 2022 campaign.

2021:
McGrath redshirted for the Buffaloes during the 2021 campaign.

At Western Texas College:
McGrath came to Canyon following one season at Western Texas College in Snyder where he saw time in five contests with two starts on the mound for the Westerners in a pandemic-shortened 2020 season. The right-hander tossed 9.0 innings for head coach Kenny Jackson, registering six strikeouts for an average of 6.00 per game.

At Tyler Junior College:
McGrath spent his true freshman campaign at Tyler Junior College where he saw tine in five games for the Apaches. He allowed one earned run on four hits with six strikeouts for an average of 9.53 per inning.

At Vista Ridge High School:
McGrath graduated from Vista Ridge High School in Cedar Park, Texas iin 2018 where he pitched for the Rangers under head coach Jason Bourgeois.

Born November 11, 1999. Son of Tom McGrath and Amber Aragon. Majoring in Pre-Engineering at West Texas A&M.
