2019 (Junior):
The Wylie, Texas product was a staple at the hot-corner for the Buffs during his junior campaign, seeing time in 50 games with 40 starts for the Buffs. Carter hit .315 on the season with 11 doubles, one triple and two homeruns to drive in 29 RBI for a slugging percentage of .443 to go along with 13 walks and four stolen bases for an on-base clip of .370. He registered 28 putouts and 58 assists at third base for a fielding percentage of .867.

2018 (Sophomore):
Carter was a staple in the lineup for the Buffs as a sophomore in 2018, seeing time in 39 contests with 33 starts. He hit .274 on the season with 11 doubles and a triple to drive in 25 RBI with 45 total bases for a slugging percentage of .385 to go along with nine walks for an on-base clip of .341. Carter registered 28 putouts and 58 assists at the hot-corner for the Buffs with eight errors for a fielding percentage of .918.

2017 (Freshman):
The Wylie, Texas native saw action in eight games as a redshirt freshman for the Buffs in 2017, hitting .286 for the season. Had two hits in seven at bats with three runs scored, one double and three RBI for a slugging percentage of .429 and reached base at a .286 clip.

2016 (Redshirt):
Carter redshirted for the Buffs during the 2016 campaign.

At Wylie High School:
Cater was named a Second Team All-State and Second Team All-District selection as a shortstop during his senior season in 2015. Earned Second Team All-District honors as a utility players as a junior.

Personal:
Born on October 16, 1996. Parents are Mindy and Cedric Carter and he has one sibling. Majoring in Business at West Texas A&M.
