New Mexico Junior College: Went 2-1 with a 4.88 ERA in 13 appearances with five starts and 31.1 innings… Allowed 38 hits and 20 runs and 17 earned runs… Struck out 34 batters and walked 16.

Lamar: Redshirted in 2013.

Kountze High School: Played for head coach Clint Williams at Kountze High School.  Earned First Team All-District honors as a senior and the Utility Player of the Year award in 2011.  Also took home Newcomer of the Year award as a freshman.  Member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Born Oct. 12, 1993.  Parents are Ryan and Kim Price.
