Shepherd comes to Canyon following a standout prep career at Lone Star High School in Frisco where he played all over the infield for the Rangers under head coach Joel Franke.

Born February 10, 2003. Carson is the son of John and Shawna Shepherd and he has one brother, Colin. He is majoring in Business at West Texas A&M.
