2020:
Engle continued to prove himself as one of the top outfielders in the Lone Star Conference during the pandemic-shortened 2020 campaign as the Pampa product hit .315 on the season with five doubles, one triple and two homeruns to drive in 14 RBI with 41 total bases for a slugging percentage of .461. Engle registered 11 walks and was hit by six pitches for an on-base clip of .421 while going a perfect 15-for-15 on stolen bases. He tallied 34 putouts with just three errors in the outfield for a fielding percentage of .919.

2019:
Engle became a go-to player for the Buffs during his junior campaign in 2019, seeing time in 46 games with 26 starts in the outfield for the Buffs. The Pampa product hit .301 on the season with five doubles, one triple and two homeruns to drive in 21 RBI with 31 runs scored to go along with 10 walks and nine stolen bases for an on-base percentage of .424. Engle registered 45 putouts and one assist in the outfield for a fielding percentage of .958 as he earned LSC Championship All-Tournament Team accolades.

At Dodge City Community College:
Engle comes to Canyon following two seasons at Dodge City Community College where he played in the outfield for the Conquistadors under head coach Phil Stephenson. For his career, Engle hit .357 at Dodge City with 27 doubles, 13 homeruns while becoming the program's all-time leader in runs scored with 126. He was a Second Team All-Jayhawk Conference selection in 2017.

At Pampa High School:
Engle graduated from Pampa High School in 2016 where he played shortstop for the Harvesters under the guidance of head coach Kaleb Snelgrooes. He was a Second Team All-State selection during his senior campaign while earning First Team All-District and Team MVP honors. 

Personal:
Born August 25, 1997. Son of Chris and Toni Engle and he has one brother, Cole. He is majoring in Mechanical Engineering at West Texas A&M.
